What is this white line on the inside and outside of my sigma camera lens?

I just purchased this sigma lens and this line wasn’t there a few days ago. Not sure if it was something I did but it seems the white line goes from the outside of the lens inside.. I hope I didn’t damage it… I mainly use this for filming and I am a complete noob.
